Meet the partners

Building the future of medical education requires a bridge between tradition and technology. Our project brings together a diverse group of 12 prestigious institutions from across Europe and the Western Balkans, each contributing a unique piece to the puzzle of digital health and innovative teaching.

University of Sarajevo (UNSA) – Project Coordinator: With a global network of 400+ partner universities and decades of experience in Horizon2020 and Erasmus+, UNSA leads the way. The Faculty of Pharmacy, fresh off the success of the IQPharm project, ensures our results are sustainable and our quality standards are world-class.

University of Banja Luka (UNIBL): A veteran in managing FP7 and TEMPUS projects, UNIBL is integrating innovative teaching practices directly into regular coursework and Lifelong Learning (LLL) programs.

University of Montenegro (UM) & Institute for Public Health (IJZCG): The Medical Faculty at UM acts as a cornerstone for medical doctrine, while IJZCG serves as the vital link between academic research and public health implementation.

University of Donja Gorica (UDG): Bringing experience from over 50 international projects, UDG is a key driver in modernized education for healthcare professionals in Montenegro.

University of Zagreb (UZSM): The pioneers of the “Flipped Classroom” (FC) approach. They bring sophisticated Moodle-based LMS expertise and cutting-edge AI-generated patient simulations to our training sessions.

University of Ljubljana (UL FE): Our experts in XR (Extended Reality) and AV technologies. From surgery simulations to accessible e-learning content, they ensure our digital tools are both high-tech and inclusive.

HTWG Konstanz (Germany): Specializing in telemedicine and biomedical engineering, HTWG focuses on patient-friendly, non-invasive digital solutions, training our staff on the next generation of medical devices.

Verlab Research Institute: A leader in AI and Biomedical Engineering. Verlab bridges the gap between science and the digital society, focusing on AI-based materials and knowledge transfer.

BRAVO (Bosnian Representative Association for Valuable Opportunities): Our pulse on the community. BRAVO ensures our project is inclusive and that we are actually meeting the needs of students and marginalized groups through expert analysis and public engagement.

JU “Apoteke Sarajevo”: As the primary teaching base for the Faculty of Pharmacy, they ensure our LLL programs are grounded in real-world industry needs.
